Fall Forums and Bible Study are held on Wednesday Evenings in the fall and spring. 

• We pray Evening Prayer at 5:00, followed by quiet time

• The Eucharist is at 5:30

• Adult Forum and Bible Study  begins at 6:30 with a simple soup supper

All are welcome to attend any part or all of these Wednesday evenings which  take place in the church.

Bible Study:  Thursdays, 1:30 –3:00  beginning on October 4th

We meet in homes on Thursdays, so contact the church for location.

Bible Study at St. Mark’s is on Thursday afternoons.  We begin with the Lectionary Readings for the following Sunday (using the Revised Common Lectionary).  This is an ecumenical gathering and all are welcome.  Come explore questions of faith and share fellowship.  You may bring your favorite Bible translation if you wish – but all that is necessary is yourself.

Adult Forum for  December 2007 and January 2008

Wednesdays of Advent in December through the Epiphany Season in January:  Discussion of The First Christmas by Marcus Borg and John Dominic Crossan.  You do not need to have the book to attend the discussion.  We will not meet between Christmas and New Year’s.

 All are invited to the Adult Forum.  Bring your friends.  We are also inviting the other Metro Churches to join us.  We all enrich each other when we open scriptures and our lives together.

Mind, Body and Spirit

Yoga and Wellness  On the Second Sunday of the month, Kathy Travis will lead simple yoga exercises for all ages. 

Parish Potluck after the 10:00 Liturgy on the Third Sunday of the Month.  Visitors are always welcome to stay and break bread with us.

First Friday Suppers are held on most First Fridays of the month at 5:30 p.m.  A free-will donation will be taken.  We start in September with a cook-out and go through November.  We begin again in February through the First Friday of June.
